Happy Memorial Day! Today I want to share another tutorial with you... and it's my best one yet! Let's make a Fanny Pack!!

I even made a video to show you how to construct this bag (song and dance included). This is an easy bag to put together, and gets a lot of great attention. I used the original pattern templates from Proper Fit Clothing, adapted them a bit and figured out how to add proper lining to give the bag a finished look.
Cutting Instructions:
- Exterior Fabric: (No interfacing needed if using thick canvas. If using quilting cotton, add SF101 to all exterior pieces)
- Top and Bottom Flaps
- Front Panel
- Pocket Panel
- Two side panels, mirrored
- Back Panel
- Lining Fabric:
- Top and bottom Flaps
- Front Panel
- Pocket Panel
- 5.5" x 11.25" rectangle (will be used as the lining back panel)
- Cotton Webbing:
- 8 inch cut
- 30 - 40 inch cut

I NEED to make this! We don’t leave the house without an “adventure pack” filled with emergency supplies and I’ve been searching for something to make with some special fabric. I think I’ve found it!
